DELIVERIES WITH GLS SAFE PLUS COURIER
We guarantee safe deliveries and shipments for the purchase of your valuable items. Your order will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of purchase and you can track it at any time using the code that will be sent to you by email from the store handling your shipment. Each package sent is assigned a seal number that you will find printed on the courier’s envelope. This number must correspond to what was indicated in the email sent to you. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays) from 9.00am to 6.00pm. If the first attempt to deliver is not successful, we will request a second delivery with the courier within 3 days. If this second attempt at delivery is not successful, the package will be returned to the Luxury Zone store from which it departed and the order will be considered cancelled.
DELIVERY WITH FERRARI COURIER
We guarantee you safe shipping for the purchase of your valuable items. If your order exceeds a value of € 2,500, it will be delivered by the Ferrari Group, a leading logistics and security company, to the address indicated at the time of purchase. In this case, you will not be able to track the parcel, but you will always have the seal number as a reference. You will find this number printed on the courier’s envelope and it must correspond to the number sent to you by email from the store handling your shipment. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays) from 9.00am to 6.00pm. If the first attempt to deliver the parcel is not successful, we will request a second delivery with the courier within 3 days. If this second attempt at delivery is not successful, the package will be returned to the Luxury Zone store from which it departed and the order will be considered cancelled.
IN-STORE PICKUP
Your order will be delivered to the Luxury Zone store chosen at the time of purchase. If you have chosen this delivery method, you will receive a confirmation email once your order arrives at the selected store. From that moment, you will have 14 days to get to the store and pick up your order. If you do not pick up your order within the 14-day time period, it will be cancelled. Please note: you cannot pay cash on delivery if you have chosen to have your order delivered to one of our Luxury Zone stores.
HUB PICKUP
Your order will be delivered to the Orocash/Orocaja collection point chosen during the purchase. If you have chosen this type of shipment, you will receive a confirmation email upon arrival of your order at the selected store. From that moment you will have 14 days to go to the point of sale and collect your package. After 14 days the order will be cancelled. Please note: you cannot pay on delivery if you have chosen to have the package delivered to the collection point.
PAYMENTS
The Luxuryzone.it website uses technologically advanced systems to allow customers to make purchases in complete safety. You can pay for purchases by:

- Cash on Delivery
CREDIT CARD
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All credit card payments are safe: we use SETEFI Mercury Payment Services, a leader in the security of credit card payment systems. As an additional security layer, the luxuryzone.it website uses the 3D Secure anti-fraud protection system. After entering your credit card details, you will be asked to enter a security code. We never learn your credit card number, nor do we process or store the data provided on our systems, but we only receive notification of a successful transaction.
PAYPAL
PayPal allows you to pay for purchases by directly accessing your account with your email address and password. The amount of your purchase will be charged to your PayPal account when the order is placed and you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal. PayPal is an easy and safe payment system that protects the buyer’s information. In fact, no financial information is transmitted to our systems in any way.
BANK TRANSFER
You can also pay for your order by Bank Transfer. Payment must be made within 5 days of the order confirmation.
- Orders with in-store pickup: 30% of the total order must be paid in advance.
- Orders with home delivery: advance payment of the total order is required.
The order confirmation will contain all the necessary payment details. We will send you the IBAN and information to enter in the reason for payment. After the transfer has been made, you will need to send a copy of the payment to info@luxuryzone.it. If payment is not made within 5 days, the order will be cancelled and you will be notified by email of the cancellation of your order.
KLARNA
Pay for your purchase in 3 interest-free installments. Select the payment option and enter your debit, credit or prepaid card details. The first payment is debited upon order confirmation, while the next 2 payments are automatically debited 30 and 60 days after the initial payment. The minimum purchase amount to pay in installments is € 70, up to a maximum of € 1,500. For more information click here
CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery is allowed only for deliveries within Italy. Cash on delivery payment entails an additional cost of 3% of the total order. This payment method cannot be used for in-store deliveries and is only valid for orders not exceeding € 500.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you decide to return the item ordered for any reason, you can request a return within 14 days from delivery of the order.
- If you picked up your order from one of our stores, the item must be returned to the store.
- If you received your order at home, you must arrange to have it returned at your expense by courier to the address: Luxury Zone c/o Torino Outlet Village via Torino 160 - 10036 Settimo Torinese (TO), Italia.
In both cases you may request a return for your items by completing the return form (downloadable from this link) and sending it by email to info@luxuryzone.it and by registered email or PEC to gensaureaspa@legalmail.it
The returned items must be intact and properly packaged in their original packaging, complete with all accessories.
After receiving and checking the returned items, we will refund the amount paid for the purchase (including any shipping costs), by bank transfer to the coordinates indicated in the completed return form.
EXCHANGES
Products purchased online can be exchanged only after the return request has been processed. A new order of equal or greater value will be placed. The new order will be processed once it has been verified that the return has been made correctly.

You can find your favourite products by browsing the pages of the website and using the navigation filters to facilitate the search. You can also enter the brand name, jewellery description or product code in the search bar. Once you have found what you are looking for, you can add the items directly to your shopping cart.
Once you have found the item you wish to purchase, follow these steps to confirm your order:
- Click “Add to Cart” and repeat the operation for all the items you wish to purchase;
- Access your profile to continue with the order or register as a new customer by entering all the details required to complete your profile;
- Go to the shopping cart and make sure you have added all the items you wish to purchase;
- Proceed to the checkout and indicate in the notes all the information you deem necessary;
- Confirm the delivery and payment methods;
- Complete your order and you will receive a confirmation email.
Yes, the shipping and billing addresses can be different. Choose “send to another address” when placing your order. Before you checkout, make sure the new address entered is correct and different from the billing address
Check your junk mail or spam folder to see if your confirmation email was sent to that folder instead of your email inbox. If the confirmation email is not there, please contact us at customercare@luxuryzone.it, and we will promptly send you confirmation of your order.
Within 48 hours of your order, the store handling your shipment will send you an email with all the details for tracking your parcel. If you cannot find the details, please contact us at customercare@luxuryzone.it
